Ashley Beatty

Ashley Beatty

President

Ashley Beatty serves as president, Gateway Health Partners.

Ashley has more than 20 years of pharmacy benefit management experience, with extensive knowledge of negotiating and contracting with pharmaceutical companies and retail entities. She has led numerous operational activities, including pharmacy analytics, pricing management, operations and product development. Prior to joining Maxor Ashley served as chief innovation & network services officer at Prime Therapeutics where she lead network management; product development and innovation; applied analytics; and pharmacy audit and fraud, waste & abuse. Ashley previously led the consulting business strategy and audit services teams for Pharmaceutical Strategies Group. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Catamaran as vice president, industry relations where she led network innovations such as managed discount cards, incentive based plan designs and restricted networks. During her tenure at Catamaran, Ashley oversaw pharmacy network operations, industry relations pricing analytics, pharmacy network reporting, network contracting, network financial reporting, cost of goods M&A due diligence and network gross profit forecasting.

Daniel Schroeder

Mr. Schroeder leads GHP through a commitment to strengthening and optimizing member financial performance and clinical excellence. Mr. Schroeder has a background in health care informatics with analytical experience in the diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural sectors of the health care industry. Prior to GHP, Mr. Schroeder was part of a team that founded the Coalition for Advanced Pharmacy Services (CAPS), with a focus on managing prescription drug related costs. While leading operations, the consortium grew to be responsible for managing over $500 million in annual revenue. Prior to CAPS, Mr. Schroeder was responsible for decision support at Coventry Health Care where his duties included providing analytics regarding selection of a PBM and oversight for initiatives to integrate medical, pharmacy, & lab data. He entered the PBM industry at Argus Health Systems where he was responsible for all manufacturer rebate related software & services. Mr. Schroeder holds an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Baker University.

Miranda Yeager

Miranda Yeager

Chief Client Officer

Ms. Yeager establishes expectations for client services and defines practices and processes that contribute to successful implementation and relationship development. She brings a wealth of strategic insight to managing client relationships and fostering collaborative growth. Her duties include overseeing the account management and clinical services teams to promote optimal outcomes. Ms. Yeager brings almost 25 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management having worked in or led client services, Medicare Part D, reporting, compliance, product development, marketing and other areas. Before joining Gateway she spent time with Argus Health Systems (now DST Pharmacy Systems), Catalyst Health Solutions (later Catamaran) and WellPoint / Anthem. Early in her career she was Director of Clinical Pharmacy at BCBS of North Carolina. Miranda holds a pharmacy degree from Auburn University and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Policy and Evaluative Sciences from the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Webb takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that run through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives measureable business advantage. Mr. Webb leads GHPs Business Development by building, managing, and leveraging relationships that are based on trust, respect, and a mutual appreciation. His core focus is identifying opportunities, turning them into business and implementing growth strategies, which leads to the creation of value for all the stakeholders of the company. He is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Pharmaceutical industry with strong executive management and sales experience. Before joining GHP he spent years with Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Solvay Pharmaceuticals and 3M. Highly skilled in Oncology, RA, Hep C, Cardiovascular, HIV, Transplant and Diabetes with emphasis on clinical, health outcomes, rebates, value-based contracts, leadership, account management and sales. Key customers the past 20 years being regional health plans, PBMs, specialty pharmacy, IDNs, hospitals, employer groups, GPOs and community oncology. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Hawaii Pacific University.

Azim Bari

Vice President, Clinical Services

A. Azim Bari, Pharm.D., MBA, BCPS joined Gateway Health Partners (GHP) in 2017. Prior to GHP Azim worked as a Senior Clinical Account Manager for Cigna Pharmacy Management, Senior Pharmacy Benefit Consultant at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG), and as Director of Clinical Account Management for National Accounts with Catalyst Rx. Prior to joining Catalyst Rx, Azim worked as a medication adherence clinical pharmacist with Walgreens Health Initiatives. Azim has successfully completed a dual-accredited [American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacist (ASHP)/Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP)] managed care residency with Walgreens Health Initiatives. After the completion of his residency, he sat for and successfully cleared Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy. Azim graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2016 from the University of Texas. Azim is currently located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

Julie Graham

Vice President, Financial Services

Julie Graham is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of accounting experience primarily in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. Ms. Graham oversees GHP's finance functions including corporate accounting, financial planning & analysis, profit optimization, client payments & reporting, and corporate strategy. Ms. Graham delivers exceptional results while leading accounting teams through integrations and high growth periods. She began her PBM accounting career in 2009 at Catalyst Health Solutions, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. There she managed numerous corporate accounting functions for the accounting close, cash flow, financial audits, and supported acquisition accounting. In 2012, Catamaran acquired Catalyst, where she focused on rebate financial operations as the Director of Finance. She provided leadership over rebate accounting, client payments, contract management, client audits, and margin analytics. Ms. Graham's responsibilities continued to grow when OptumRx, part of United Health Group, acquired Catamaran in 2015. She led the combined organizations' rebate accounting department through a successful multi-billion dollar integration. Over the next four years, she focused on initiatives to streamline client and management reporting, enhance the close process, refine cash forecasting, and improve cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to entering the PBM industry Julie held accounting roles in the financial services and media industries. Ms. Graham earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University and an associate's degree in Accounting from Montgomery College.

Vice President, Growth Initiatives

Maren Phillips is the Vice President of Growth Initiatives at GHP, responsible for leading important growth initiatives, operational process improvement, and strategic vendor and client partnerships. Maren joined GHP as one of their first employees serving as the Director of Client Services overseeing Sales/RFP Management, Implementation, Account Management and Vendor Management. Prior to joining GHP, Maren served as an Account Director with Health Data Insights, Medicare's exclusive Recovery Audit Contractor in Region D., where she was responsible for overseeing healthcare claims integrity for the largest commercial payers, health plans, and employers. Prior to that position, Ms. Phillips held multiple positions within Client Services during her seven-year tenure at Catalyst Rx. Her roles at Catalyst Rx included Client Implementation and Account Management for the largest Self-Employer Clients including: Casinos, Coalitions, Government Entities, School Districts and Taft-Hartley Organizations.
