We have deep pharmacy expertise, having spent decades formulating and negotiating lowest net cost solutions.

Dan Schroeder

Daniel Schroeder

President

Mr. Schroeder leads GHP through a commitment to strengthening and optimizing member financial performance and clinical excellence. Mr. Schroeder has a background in health care informatics with analytical experience in the diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural sectors of the health care industry. Prior to GHP, Mr. Schroeder was part of a team that founded the Coalition for Advanced Pharmacy Services (CAPS), with a focus on managing prescription drug related costs. While leading operations, the consortium grew to be responsible for managing over $500 million in annual revenue. Prior to CAPS, Mr. Schroeder was responsible for decision support at Coventry Health Care where his duties included providing analytics regarding selection of a PBM and oversight for initiatives to integrate medical, pharmacy, & lab data. He entered the PBM industry at Argus Health Systems where he was responsible for all manufacturer rebate related software & services. Mr. Schroeder holds an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Baker University.

Deirdre Kramer

Deirdre Kramer

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Kramer has over 20 years of proven financial leadership in the pharmacy benefit management and health care industries. Ms. Kramer oversees GHP's financial operations including financial planning & analysis, profit optimization, pricing, corporate accounting, contracting, and corporate strategy. Previously, Ms. Kramer was a Senior Vice President, Finance and served as the interim CFO for Catalyst Health Solutions, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. During her tenure at Catalyst, Ms. Kramer was responsible at various times for financial business operations, pricing, network analytics, rebate management, profit optimization and margin analytics, corporate accounting, and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Kramer also served as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Eckerd Health Services, the former pharmacy benefit management subsidiary of Eckerd Corporation. Ms. Kramer holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ulka Pandya

Ulka Pandya

Senior Vice President, Clinical Services

Throughout her career, Dr. Pandya has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and measurable value for her clients. She currently oversees GHP's Clinical Services department where she provides leadership and defines GHP's clinical strategy in areas of clinical operations, clinical sales and clinical account management. Dr. Pandya has spent several years leading and mentoring Clinical Teams across organizations including Clinical Account Management, Clinical Operations, Clinical Information and Clinical Product Development. She has extensive experience in account management, manufacturer relations, rebate management and retail pharmacy. Prior to coming to Gateway Health Partners, Dr. Pandya worked with Catamaran where she led a clinical team providing leadership and strategic solutions. Dr. Pandya has also worked for ACS, Inc. where she focused on formulary and preferred drug list management; disease state, therapeutic interchange, and prior authorization development; rebate management; and client services. She also has experience working directly with physicians and pharmacists to improve management of the prescription benefit. Dr. Pandya earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University. She earned a Master's Degree in Health Administration and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.

Miranda Yeager

Miranda Yeager

Senior Vice President, Client Services

Ms. Yeager partners with executive leadership in establishing client service delivery expectations and defining practices and processes that contribute to successful implementation and relationship development. She brings a wealth of strategic insight to managing client relationships and fostering collaborative growth. Her duties also include overseeing the accounts team and ensuring that client services team members promote optimal outcomes. Ms. Yeager brings more than 20 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management with experience in client services, Medicare Part D, reporting, compliance, product development, marketing and other areas. Before joining Gateway she spent time with Argus Health Systems, Catalyst Health Solutions (later Catamaran) and WellPoint / Anthem. Early in her career she was Director of Clinical Pharmacy at BCBS of North Carolina. Miranda holds a pharmacy degree from Auburn University and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Policy and Evaluative Sciences from the University of North Carolina.

Maren Phillips

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Maren Phillips is the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at GHP, responsible for leading important growth initiatives, operational process improvement, and strategic vendor and client partnerships. Maren joined GHP as one of their first employees serving as the Director of Client Services overseeing Sales/RFP Management, Implementation, Account Management and Vendor Management. Prior to joining GHP, Maren served as an Account Director with Health Data Insights, Medicare's exclusive Recovery Audit Contractor in Region D., where she was responsible for overseeing healthcare claims integrity for the largest commercial payers, health plans, and employers. Prior to that position, Ms. Phillips held multiple positions within Client Services during her seven-year tenure at Catalyst Rx. Her roles at Catalyst Rx included Client Implementation and Account Management for the largest Self-Employer Clients including: Casinos, Coalitions, Government Entities, School Districts and Taft-Hartley Organizations.
