Mr. Lessard is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Pricing & Strategy, responsible for consultative pricing solutions for clients, industry regulatory support, contracting support and strategic supply chain and pricing initiatives. He has more than 17 years of pharmacy benefit management experience across pricing strategy, financial analysis, pharmacy analytics, account management and project management. He has extensive experience with pricing and contract negotiations with Managed Care Organizations across Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Healthcare Exchange lines of business – as well as Employer and PBM clients. He began his PBM career in 2006 at Medco Health Solutions providing pharmacy analytical and pricing support to Health Insurer clients, in addition to evaluation of several M&A opportunities. In 2012, Express Scripts acquired Medco, where he assumed a leadership role within the Pricing organization. He led teams through high growth periods, integration activities and process improvement initiatives. Prior to entering the PBM industry Bob held finance roles in technology organizations that service the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Lessard earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rider University.
